Registration Rates:

Register on March 1st for only $35! Early Registration is March 2nd – May 31st for $45 ($35 for groups of 5 or more). Late Registration is June 1st – July 21st for $50 ($40 for groups of 5 or more). Door Registration is $55.

 

Food Packages:

There is an option to get a meal package for an additional fee. $18 total for continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and $22 total for hot lunch on Thursday and Friday.  Thursday’s lunch will also include a panel discussion on The Biblical Minister led by some of The Legacy ministers. Friday’s lunch will also include a panel discussion on The Biblical Church led by some of The Legacy Ministers. Prices come as a package and can’t be broken up.  

 

A list of local restaurants will also be provided.

Housing:

There is housing available at the conference site for an extra $105 (Thursday night through Sunday morning). Housing is split into ladies dorms and men’s dorms. For those coming Wednesday night for early registration add an extra $30. Moody is unable to house children in their dorms under the age of 16 no matter if they have a parent or chaperone. Anyone under the age of 16 will have to stay at a local hotel. Check out our accommodations page for other options.

 

Additional Expenses:

Parking is provided on Moody Campus for $10 for the full length of the conference or $5 for one day.

 

Moody’s Solheim Gym will be available for a $2 usage fee. Hours of availability will be posted as they become available to us.

Besides the Breakfast and Lunch Food packages available, no additional meals will be provided for. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of Moody’s Campus to be taken advantage of. For Saturday’s Outreach, we will have a caterer grilling food throughout the day for purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend The Legacy for whatever reason once you have already registered, you can transfer your registration, dorm, food package, etc to someone else at no charge. Any cancellations before July 22nd will incur a 10% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after July 22.
